The bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything
you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the pool. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.

This unit is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only.

Our rates are $59 per night, or $400 for 7 nights, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $100 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $50 cleaning fee for any stay under 5 nights. My family and I went to the condo in January of 2008 for 2 weeks and again during February. We had a great time in Orlando as usual. We visited the Kennedy Space Center for the first time and had a great time. We spent one day at Disney World at Magic Kingdom and my father visited the park for the first time. We all had a great time at Disney, as usual. We spent one evening at Olde Towne to watch the crazy rides and have some icecream. There is always something to do in Orlando.

I added a new bistro set on the front patio with a table and two chairs. I also added a fourth television so all of the bedrooms as well as the living room all have a TV. I purchased some board games that are in the living room cabinet for you and your family to enjoy. The carpets and furniture were cleaned and the floors were steam cleaned as well. The condo is in great shape and I thank all of our guests for respecting my property.

The Windsor Palms homeowners association has proposed adding a water park at the resort to attract more guests and keep the resort up to date. The proposed water park woud be built adjacent to the pool near the clubhouse. We will give you more information concerning the proposed new water park as details are revealed to us.

I will be returning to the condo in April with my mom and we are planning to paint a few more rooms and replace all of the sheets, pillows, pillow cases and towels. We wi be replacing the sliding shade in the living room for the slidng glass door and adding new curtains in the bedrooms. As always, we will be deep cleaning the unit and making sure all of the amenities are up to date for our guests.
